in Diet Pill Reviews

images-2Advantrim Review

Surprise, surprise, we have another diet pill that claims to burn fat, decrease appetite, increase energy and build lean muscle.  These are about a dime a dozen, as all diet supplements claim to do the same exact thing.  What set Advantrim apart then – or does anything?  Advantrim is available from many sources on the web, like many of the recent reviews, I will reiterate the same thing – popular doesn’t equate with effectiveness.  From my first analysis of Advantrim, it looks like there are a few ingredients that do aid in weight loss, but there are also many others that appear to be a side benefit of taking the actual product.  Here are Advantrim’s ingredients:

  • Green Tea Extract
  • ADVANTRA Z®
  • Cocoa Extract
  • L-Tyrosine
  • Yerba Mate
  • L-Methionine
  • Ginger Powder
  • Quercetin
  • Fisetin
  • DMAE Bitartrate
  • Grape Extract

It should be kept in mind that most of the ingredients in the supplement are part of the proprietary blend.  What this means is that we aren’t exactly sure what amount of each ingredient is actually in the blend, only that it is put in order from greatest to least content.

Advantrim Side Effects

Caffeine is an ingredient that you will hear a lot about on this website.  Although caffeine has been shown to assist in weight loss, there have also negative side effects associated with consuming caffeine.  Caffeine is highly addictive, and may have side effects like dizziness, irritability, nausea and nervousness.  Other potentially more serious side effects include: allergic reactions, diarrhea, shakiness, trouble sleeping, vomiting.

Advantra-Z contains Synephrine which has been shown to help people lose weight, but has some potentially serious side effects.  The results on Synephrine appear inconclusive, but one thing is for sure – if you have high doses of the ingredient, you could face serious health issues including rapid rise in blood pressure, excitability, nausea, restlessness, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, mood changes, and shortness of breath.

Yerba Mate side effects include: Flushing, nausea, vomiting, irritability, nervousness, increased urination and some have been known to have headaches and irregular heartbeat.

Does Advantrim work well enough to buy?

Seeing that the supplement is mostly contained in a proprietary blend, it is nearly impossible to determine how effective this particular diet pill is.  There are many effective ingredients in the pill, but how can we know they are in the correct amounts to promote and assist in weight loss?  Be sure to look for supplements that denote how much of each ingredient is in the proprietary blend.  Make sure that you can do research so as to find out what supplements are the best bang for your buck.
