Pills do not work and you only have 14 days before you get charged $85 for 60 pills. Customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE. I was hung up on 2 times, told no one will help me and told: “you don’t pay my bills”. Not exactly friendly. I would avoid if I were you!!
Beware, you have 14 days from the day you place the order, to cancel, so really only 3 or 4 day to call once you receive the bottle before they are charging $85.00 to your card. Customer Service is extremely rude and whatever you do, don’t ask to speak to a supervisor. After the 3rd time she interrupted me, I continued to speak when she tried it again at which point she informed me I was being rude and she did not have ot put up with my attitude and then hung up on me. When I phoned back to speak to her manager I was told she would not take my call and all other managers were in a meeting. Don’t waste your time or money. Don’t know if it works, the experience completely soured it for me.

Yes the phone number is no use because it is a US number. But I was successful in canceling my trial via email. I firstly emailed them saying that I had not received my order by the prescribed date and asking why not – they replied with two days saying they would extend my trial by 10 days – but when I saw on several forums the problems people were having I quickly emailed back saying to cancel my trial and not to charge me any further and for them to email me confirmation of this. They replied in two days saying I will have no more charges on my credit card so I think that if they did charge me any further I could get my bank to reverse such a charge by showing my bank the emails. For any of you who have had charges and received no goods – talk to your bank – they do have the ability to reverse charges.
I have recieved my pills with no information. There was nothing in the envelopes, just the pill bottles. How do I get the contact information to return or cancell these pills?
Yes HUGE scam. Plus product doesn’t work. You will need to contact your bank to get a new card so this shoddy company no longer will have your details. The Australian number is not Australian at all, you are directed to USA.
This is a total SCAM. Was ment to only pay for shipping and ended up paying over $100!! The customer service number doesnt even work and theyr not replying to my emails! they sent another bottle but i dont want it. This stuff doesnt work and the customer service is the worst.
