Alpha T2
When companies market their products with strong claims such as “TARGETED FAT DESTROYER”, we bounce between interest and skepticism. Who doesn’t want to destroy their body fat? That the main reason why you are looking for a good diet pill. But can a product really “destroy” fat?
Alpha T2 makes a myriad of claims:
• Destroy fat!
• Decrease fat storage!
• Increase fat burning!
• Increase metabolism!
These sound impressive, but they’re basically the same claim: Alpha T2 is supposed to burn fat.
Alpha T2 also claims it is the last stop in fat burning. In other words if you use their product, you’ll never have use for another fat burner again. Well, hyped-up marketing claims and impressive label design come to naught if the ingredients don’t deliver. A product is only as good as its formula.
Alpha T2 Ingredients
Alpha T2 contains only ‘three powerful ingredients.’ The company claims this is because, “We weren’t interested in making a product with 8 ingredients and unknown dosages with names you can’t even pronounce.” Unfortunately, when it comes to diet pills, more ingredients is actually better. Three ingredients may not cut it. So what are these ‘powerful ingredients’?
3,3-diiodo-l-thryonine (T2) is a naturally occurring iodo-thryonine that stimulate your thyroid gland. A sluggish thyroid gland equals a sluggish metabolism. Slow metabolism means you’re fighting an uphill battle to lose weight. A healthy metabolism initiates increased energy and fat burning.
T2 also stimulates the enzyme, cytochrome c oxidase, which uncouples proteins that break down and burn fatty acids used for energy. Unfortunately T2 is a new ingredient and has not been thoroughly tested. This means that the ingredient may be able to effectively promote weight loss, but at this time no one can prove it.
Rauwolscine HCl is the ‘Alpha’ in Alpha T2. Everyone has Alpha 2 Receptors. If they are not blocked by Rauwolscine HCl, your natural ability to break down and burn fat is compromised.
Alpha 2 receptors are in abundance in the areas like your abdomen, hips, lower back and thighs. By blocking these receptors, Rauwolscine HCI helps you burn this stored fat. Again, there seems to be no clinical evidence backing this ingredient.
Methyl-Synephrine activates the breakdown of stored fats and increases your resting metabolism without causing harmful side effects. There is no concrete evidence to support the effectiveness of this ingredient.
Alpha T2 Side Effects
It is hard to know whether or not Alpha T2 will cause side effects since its three ingredients have not been tested for effectiveness or safety. So far, people who are actually using the diet people haven’t yet reported any serious, negative side effects.
Does Alpha T2 Work Well Enough to Buy?
We are skeptical of the ingredients since there is no official proof that they are safe and effective. The diet pill costs around $24.95. You have to buy it from third party retailers, who might not accept returns.
Although there is nothing seriously wrong with Alpha T2, we prefer to recommend a diet pill that has been clinically tested for safety and effectiveness. A good money-back guarantee wouldn’t hurt either.
