According to the website, this product is supposed to aid one in weight loss by increasing the metabolic rate through increasing thermogenesis.  By increasing the amount of fat that the body burns, this is supposed to help you lose the weight that you have had trouble losing for years.  According to the website, this is essentially a pill to end all pills.  The ingredients in the supplement include:

  • Chromium Polynicotinate
  • HCA Hydroxycitrate
  • Green Tea
  • Gynema Sylvestre
  • Reservatrol

There are a few ingredients in the supplement that are proven to assist in weight loss, but it is in the form of a proprietary blend – meaning that it is unclear how much of each ingredient is contained in each serving.  This product does offer a unique 125% money back guarantee, however, it is only guaranteed on your first 30-day order, and the product must be returned in the first 45 days after the initial purchase.

Anabolic Xtreme maXreduce Side Effects

Green Tea has been shown to assist in weight loss, but does contain caffeine.  There is a large amount of caffeine typically in weight loss supplements, so those that suffer from the negative effects of caffeine should be aware of the potential side effects.

HCA or Hydroxycitric Acid has recently come under scrutiny by the FDA.  On May 1, 2009 the FDA warned that there are potentially serious side effects, citing that 23 people over the past 7 years have had serious liver complications while taking supplements containing HCA.  Although the FDA stopped short of banning the ingredient, it did warn that those that have taken HCA should consult a doctor if experiencing: jaundice, brown urination, lightly colored stool, unusual tiredness, loss of appetite, and vomiting.

Does Anabolic Xtreme maXreduce work?

There are ingredients in the product that have been proven to assist in weight loss, and the website claims that there have been 877 scientific studies proving the effectiveness of the ingredients in Anabolic Xtreme maXreduce.  Due to the warning by the FDA, I am leery to recommend the usage of this product at this time, as there are equally effective and safer products currently on the market.

I have used maxreduce for 3 months and have lost almost 60 pounds. I have experienced no side effects – other than having to purchase new clothes :-)
