The Skinny on ANS Performance HIT
Get RIPPED! Get PRIMED! Get FOCUSED! These are the three results ANS Performance HIT (High Intensity Thermogenic) promises you. Sounds like three things we could all use a little more of in our goal to lose weight.
Boasting clinically-proven weight loss ingredients, HIT claims to help you get ripped by increased metabolic fat burning.
HIT also claims that its formula and ingredients will give you the energy and focus you need to get through intense workouts and stick to your weight loss program.
Are the ingredients in HIT all that ANS Performance really all that great?
The official ANS Performance HIT website cites one clinical study for a combination of a few of its ingredients, Alchemilla Vulgaris (Lady’s Mantle), Olea Europea (Olive Leaf Extract), Cuminum cyminum, and Mentha Longfolia.
In the study, participants that took a dosage of this herbal combination 30 minutes before meals lost an average of 20.94 more pounds than the placebo group.
While we like to see diet pills that are clinically studied, HIT does not give us important details like the exact dosage the subjects of the study were given and if that same dosage is found in HIT.
HIT also contains several other ingredients in addition to the clinically proven combination. These ingredients include stimulants such as green coffee extract, caffeine, and hordenine and several vitamins.
Do these additional ingredients add to HIT’s fat burning power? Probably not.
All of the ingredients, aside from the vitamins, are part of a 338mg proprietary blend. That’s a pretty low dosage for the number of ingredients it contains. HIT most likely does not contain enough of these proven weight loss ingredients for them to actually be effective.
So what’s the skinny on ANS Performance HIT? Though it does contain quality ingredients that have been proven for weight loss, the dosage of each is most likely too low to actually help you lose weight.

ANS Performance HIT Side Effects
HIT’s label lists possible side effects including restlessness, tremors, headache, anxiety, palpitations, increased heart rate, and difficulty sleeping.
Judging from this list as well as the warning against mixing HIT with other sources of caffeine, it’s a safe bet that a large part of HIT’s proprietary blend are high dosages of stimulants.
HIT may just be nothing more than an over-hyped caffeine pill.
Does ANS Performance HIT Work Well Enough to Buy?
There are no clinical trials for HIT as a whole and no consumer reviews. All we really have to judge HIT by is its ingredients. And again, while HIT does contain some great ingredients, it’s unlikely that these ingredients appear in effective dosages.
A week supply of HIT is listed at $21.95 and a month supply is $36.95. While these prices aren’t too outrageous, there is no money-back guarantee or real proof that HIT works. You’ll be better off saving your money for a diet pill with proven and guaranteed weight loss results.
