images-2Banital Review

Banital claims to assist in carb metabolism, fat metabolism, appetite suppression, and boost one’s amount of energy throughout the day.  These are pretty bold claims, and many have seen these claims on TV as well.  Banital also is a bit pricier than much of the competition, and contains these ingredients, which are common in many weight loss supplements:

  • Green Tea
  • Peppermint leaf
  • Cinnamon bark
  • Chamomile
  • Ginger root
  • Licorice root
  • Tangerine peel
  • Chicory root-tonic
  • Gymnema sylvestre
  • Aloe Vera
  • Synephrine
  • Bitter melon
  • Lycium berry
  • Chitosan
  • Glucomannan

Banital Side Effects

As listed above, Banital does have Green Tea Extract in the ingredients.  Green Tea Extract is a common ingredient in diet pills, and as is the case with all supplements containing this, should be taken cautiously.  It is important to remember that if one has problems with caffeine, they should be cautious due to high caffeine content.  Synephrine also is in this supplement, which has proven to increase blood pressure in animal studies.  Although no human tests have been done at this time, one should proceed with caution if they have cardiovascular issues.  The Glucomannan within the product has proven to suppress one’s appetite, but usually in high doses of 2-4 grams per day, meaning that it is unlikely that Banital contains enough to sufficiently suppress one’s appetite.

Does Banital Work Well Enough to Buy?

Although many of the ingredients in Banital have proven to aid in the product’s claims, there isn’t enough evidence to indicate that this supplement works.  Banital has many potential bad side effects when compared to many supplements out there and is also pricey for what one gets.  I would suggest a product that has better ingredients for a cheaper price.
