Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss
Every week when you are sitting on the couch watching Bob Harper whip people into shape you probably make a promise that this is the day to begin a fitness program. You want to get in shape but let’s face it, things get in the way and it’s tough to stay motivated.
Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. It is supposed to be used in conjunction with proper diet and fitness (would you expect anything less from Bob?!).
You can also get motivational/workout DVDs as part of the Smart Weight Loss Kit so you have all the tools you need for success. So why is Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss not one of the best diet pills for you to use?
Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss Ingredients
The official website for Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss has information on clinical trials that were performed. But read it carefully. They say the “key weight-loss ingredients are proven.” Tons of products use proven ingredients but that doesn’t mean the product is proven.
In addition to using proven ingredients, Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss would need to include those ingredients in the same amounts in order for you to achieve the same results.
Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss uses coffee extract (to supply caffeine), pomegranate powder, goji powder, frauenmantle extract, wild olive extract, cormino extract, and horsemint extract.
Caffeine is used to provide an energy boost but you do not get enough to raise metabolism.
In fact, the entire blend is a mere 455 mg which hardly gives you enough of key ingredients that are supposed to cause weight loss. And when you click on the link to the study all you get is an enlarged graph! There is no way to look at the study they continuously reference.
Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss Side Effects
I could not find very many reports of side effects among users of Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss. There are about 180 mg of caffeine so if you are extremely sensitive to caffeine you may want to avoid using Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss.
Does Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss Work Well Enough to Buy?
Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss is gluten- and dairy-free. It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. But just because this diet pill is an option doesn’t mean that you should use it.
I was surprised to see that Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss was not available on the official website. Instead, you have to order through one of the retailers they list. The average price is about $25 although that obviously varies depending on where you get it. Because the retailers vary so much I could not find an official money back guarantee.
The key ingredients in Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss are supposed to have been proven in a study. But there is no talk of where that study was performed or who was tested so I have a hard time believing those were the actual results obtained. With other proven diet pills available there is no need to waste your time or money on Bob Harper’s Smart Weight Loss.

Well I was looking this site to see if anybody had any report on the side effects on the Bob Harper pills, and after reading some I consider important for me to say that today I started taking and I did take first thing in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and everything was okay! I ate and everything was still fine. Close to lunch I decide to take again, 6 hours after the first time and 30 minutes or more before I ate lunch. Well after I ate a the Japanese restaurants, a combination of fried rice, zucchini and chicken I felt very SICK and as soon as I got home I had the worse pain in my stomach and I had to go and throug up my whole, lunch and now night time, I am still hurting! I don’t really know what happened but I am very concern. I decided not to take the night pill and decided not to eat dinner. That is all!
