The active ingredients in BurnMore that may help support your metabolism and burn more fat are the chromium, cayenne pepper extract, long pepper extract and the L-Carnitine. The B Vitamins may also be important to help sustain natural energy levels. The problem with this BurnMore formula is that we do not know how much cayenne pepper extract and long pepper extract are actually in the supplement because it is listed as a proprietary blend. Also, the L-Carnitine is only 166mg which is not enough to have any effect on weight loss.
The CraveLess portion of the formula does not actually contain an appetite suppressant but uses these natural ingredients to focus on regulating blood sugar and glucose levels. This determines how hungry and energetic we feel. Again, this portion contains a proprietary blend which can sometimes be a red flag in a diet supplement. We do not know how much of the effective ingredients are actually in the pill.

This product claims to be 100% side effect free. After looking at the ingredients it seems that the amount in each pill probably will not cause side effects. People have complained that the pills are very large and very difficult to swallow.

Caffeine-Free Natural Weight Loss System is a relatively cheap supplement. It can be bought at a number of health food stores and online third party retailers for as little as $14 a bottle. In my opinion it probably is not the most complete diet supplement out there. I don’t think there will be huge weight loss advantages and craving control by taking these pills. I do not like how many of the ingredients are listed as proprietary blends and it seems that many of the other effective ingredients are pretty diluted. However, if you are looking for a stimulant free, all natural product it may inexpensive enough to see if it works for you.
