The Acai berry comes from a palm tree that is indigenous to many parts of South America, and demand for the Acai berry has increased dramatically over the past few years. Of course, this supplement doesn’t just contain 100% Acai, but does contain many of the superfoods that are becoming increasingly popular. The ingredients contained in Certified Acai are:
- Acai Berry Extract
- Milk Thistle
- Papaya Enzyme
- Slippery Elm
- Cascara Sagrada
Certified Acai Side Effects
Many of the ingredients of Certified Acai are designed to help with the natural process of flushing waste out of the human body. Particularly the Acai Berry extract, Dandelion, and Senna are all aimed at helping the body get rid of the toxic chemicals in the body. There aren’t too many negative side effects to this product, with different sources citing diarrhea as the only issue people would face. There are many positive side effects as well, with the various antioxidants contained in each tablet.
Does Certified Acai Work Well Enough to Buy?
This is a great health supplement for one seeking overall health benefits. However, from the contents of the product, I would be leery to recommend Certified Acai as a great weight loss supplement alone. My reasons for this are that the FDA has not said whether or not this aids in weight loss, and there haven’t been extensive studies documenting the effectiveness of the product. However, this being said, I would recommend it as an overall health supplement. This may be used in addition to other supplements available to assist in the weight loss quest.
