Core Nutritionals Core Zap

Several readers have asked that we take a look at Core Zap. Core Zap is made by Core Nutritionals and promises to help you lose weight and increase energy levels. Does it work?  Let’s take a closer look.

Core Zap by Core Nutritionals Ingredients

Ingredients in Core Zap  include:

  • Caffeine 200 mg-a common, yet effective diet pill ingredient. Caffeine provides energy and can even boost the metabolism. 200 milligrams of caffeine may be too much for most users.
  • Tyrosine-1000 mg-an amino acid. Tyrosine may be able to mitigate stress, but there is little in the way of scientific evidence that suggest that it can provide energy or weight loss.
  • Geranium-50 milligrams-Studies have been mixed as to geranium’s effectiveness with weight loss. It should provide energy.
  • Epimedium-250 milligrams-also known as horny goat weed. Epimedium has been used for centuries to help increase the sex drive. It may work, but there is little credible scientific evidence back it.
  • Sulbutiamine-500 milligrams. Purportedly can help stimulate the nervous system. Consistent with most of the other ingredients in Core Zap, there is little scientific evidence backing this claim.
  • Core Zap Ingredient Profile Synopsis: Obviously with such a high dosage of stimulants, Core Zap should provide energy. But there is little scientific evidence that suggests Core Zap can do much more than that. Core Zap’s weight loss potential is extremely limited. Core Zap is just a bunch of caffeine mixed with some unproven ingredients.

Core Zap by Core Nutritionals Side Effects

If you are sensitive to stimulants, Core Zap is probably not a good diet pill for you. Core Zap is a heavy stimulant based diet pill. As mentioned earlier, there are 200 milligrams of caffeine in Core Zap (most diet pills have under 100 milligrams). Combine the high dosage of caffeine with other stimulants and you have a high potential for side effects.  Common side effects associated with ingredients in Core Zap include:

    • headaches
    • insomnia
    • anxiety
    •  increased heart rate
    • nausea
    • nervousness
    • diarrhea

Be sure to drink plenty of water in conjunction with Core Zap. Do not take more than the recommended dosage and do not take after lunch unless you like watching late night TV.

Does Core Zap work well enough to buy?

If all you are looking for is some added energy for your workouts, Core Zap is a decent pick if you can handle the potential side effects. Core Zap’s collection of stimulants should get you wired. However, if you are looking for weight loss with Core Zap, you will probably be disappointed. There are no clinically proven weight loss ingredients in Core Zap.

Core Zap can be purchased online for $30 plus shipping and handling. $30 isn’t bad for a diet pill, but considering Core Zap’s average ingredient profile, it is probably more than we would be willing to pay.We were unable to find a money back satisfaction guarantee.

Until Core Zap adds more clinically proven ingredients, we do not recommend it as a viable solution for weight loss. there are much better diet pills available. If you have tried Core Zap in the past, please tell us about your experience in the comment section.
