Let’s take a closer look.

Grenade Fat Burner Ingredients

Ingredients in the Grenade Fat Burner  include:

  • Caffeine 225 mg-a common, yet effective diet pill ingredient WHEN dosed correctly. Caffeine provides energy and can even boost the metabolism. 225 milligrams is an extremely high dosage that may lead to side effects with many users
  • Bitter Orange-420 mg-Bitter orange is a solid diet pill ingredient when dosed correctly. It can help suppress the appetite and burn fat, but it also can lead to side effects. 420 milligrams is a very high dosage that may likely lead to side effects.
  • Green Tea-500 milligrams-Green tea is one of the best diet pill ingredients on the market. Clinical studies have shown that it can significantly burn fat and boost the metabolism. However, not all green tea is the same quality. The key is looking for the percent of EGCG (active ingredient in green tea) in the tea. Unfortunately the Grenade Fat Burner does not disclose the percentage of EGCG in their product, so there is no way of knowing if you are getting a high quality grade of green tea.
  • Cayenne-200 milligrams-may mildly suppress the appetite, but don’t expect anything significant. There are no clinical studies linking cayenne to significant weight loss.
  • Phenylalanine-20 milligrams. Can purportedly help boost the mood.
  • Green Coffee Extract-10 milligrams. Classic example of label dressing. Such a small dosage of green coffee will not make an impact in your weight loss efforts.
  • Grenade Fat Burner Ingredient Profile Synopsis: The best word to describe the Grenade Fat Burner is extreme. With such a high dosage of stimulants, the potential for side effects is high. Can the Grenade Fat Burner help you lose weight? The Grenade Fat Burner’s weight loss ingredients are above average, although we wouldn’t expect anything substantial. There are not enough clinically proven ingredients.

    Grenade Fat Burner Side Effects

The Grenade Fat Burner is what we would classify an extreme diet pill. With huge dosages of stimulants, there is a high potential for side effects. Use caution while taking the pill. Do not take more than the recommended dosage and do not take after lunch unless you like watching late night TV. Be sure to drink plenty of water.

If you are sensitive to stimulants, the Grenade Fat Burner is probably not a good diet pill for you. The Grenade Fat Burner is a heavy stimulant based diet pill. As mentioned earlier, there are 225 milligrams of caffeine and 420 milligrams of bitter orange in the Grenade.  Common side effects associated with ingredients in Grenade include:

    • headaches
    • insomnia
    • anxiety
    •  increased heart rate
    • nausea
    • nervousness
    • diarrhea

Does the Grenade Fat Burner work well enough to buy?

Far from the strongest fat burner in the world, the Grenade Fat Burner is an above average diet pill with a high potential for side effects. It can be purchased for around $60 online. The Grenade Fat Burner is decent, but there are much better diet pills that will give you more bang for your buck without the high potential of side effects.
