Irwin Naturals System-Six boasts a diverse formula that hopes to contribute to weight loss in six different ways; exercise and endurance, energy, mood, metabolism, carbohydrate support, and antioxidants. This seems like a lot of declarations from one diet supplement. Is it possible for all of these claims to be real? After looking at and researching the formula I’m not positive System-Six does come through on all of its promises, although, they may come through on a couple.

The main weight loss ingredients in this supplement are the Xenedrol Blend and the Bioprene Complex. The Xendedrol blend contains Advantra Z which supposedly changes the way your body metabolizes fat, which can result in fat loss. Because this is a relatively new supplement these claims have yet to be proven. Bioprene Complex is a thermogenic supplement that will hopefully speed up the user’s metabolism. Because of insufficient studies these claims have yet to be proven. Both of these main ingredients consist of a proprietary blend which means the consumers do not know how much of each ingredient in the blend is actually in the diet supplement. This makes me a bit wary because we do not know how much of the effective, more high quality ingredients such as the Advantra Z are really in the formula.
Irwin Naturals System-Six Side Effects
Because of the long list of ingredients that System-Six possesses there could be a myriad of negative side effects. For instance the Cola found within the supplement, because of the caffeine, may give the consumer dizziness, headache and nausea. Those sensitive to the effects of caffeine should take this pill with caution. Another ingredient that may have adverse side effects is the St. John’s Wort, widely known to be an herbal treatment for depression that may cause dizziness, confusion, and sedation. It also can interact badly with other medications so it is important to consult your Doctor before taking the herbal supplement. Adverse side effects from the Bioprene Complex have also been reported. These include moderate diarrhea and the heating and flushing of the skin because of its thermogenic properties.
Does Irwin Naturals System-Six Work Well Enough to Buy?
Because the Irwin Naturals official website does not sell System-Six, you can find it on a lot of different websites or at fine health food stores anywhere from $10.00 and up. This seems like a very reasonable price until you find out that you have to take 6-7 pills a day. This means that you will have to buy the bottle at least twice a month if not more, making it much more expensive than it appears.
There are a lot of claims that System-Six makes and they hope to back these promises up by their long, diverse ingredients. I do believe that the supplement will give you the boost of energy it promises, and I do think that it might even lift your mood up, but I am not sure it will be the most effective diet supplement for weight loss. The ingredients specifically formulated to encourage weight loss have not been 100% proven to work and are also in the supplement as proprietary blends, which poses the question of how much of the “effective” weight loss ingredients are actually in System-Six.
