With advertisments that include a ripped body builder and a woman in a bikini, KetoCuts seems like the stereo-typical diet pill. A close inspection of KetoCuts reveals that it is pretty much the stereo-typical diet pill. This is not neccessarily a bad thing if you are just looking for a caffeine-based product.
Can KetoCuts help with weight loss? If you are looking to lose significant weight, KetoCuts can help but don’t expect drastic results. Let’s take a closer look at KetoCuts.
Ingredients in KetoCuts include
- Green Tea
- Caffeine Anhydrous
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin B1
- Vitamin B2
KetoCuts has a decent ingredient profile, but it brings nothing new to the table. There is no scientific breakthroughs or new ingredients, just the same old ingredient profile we have seen time and time again.
KetoCuts is headlined by green tea and 7-keto. Green tea and 7-Keto are both backed by several clinical studies to be able to help with weight loss. But for green tea and 7-Keto to provide significant weight loss, they need to be combined with other clinically proven ingredients, which KetoCuts is lacking. Chromium is another solid diet pill ingredient, but the patented version of it, chromax, is much more effective.
KetoCuts Side Effects
KetoCuts is not associated with any serious side effects. However, if you are sensitive to caffeine, KetoCuts is not for you. There are 200 milligrams. Common side effects associated with such a dosage of caffeine include:
- increased heart rate
Be sure to drink plenty of water in conjunction with KetoCuts. Do not take more than the recommended dosage and do not take after lunch unless you like watching late night TV.
Does KetoCuts work well enough to buy?
KetoCuts is an above average diet pill. It has a few things going for it and a few things that we would like to see changed:
What we like about KetoCuts: KetoCuts contains a few quality ingredients. KetoCuts will provide energy and maybe even some mild weight loss. We like the fact that the manufacturers disclose the different dosages of their ingredients. KetoCuts is also not the most expensive diet pill out there (we found it online for as low as $31 plus shipping and handling).
What we don’t like about KetoCuts: But, that being said, before we could recommend it, KetoCuts needs to add more clinically proven ingredients and higher dosages of its key ingredients. 7 Keto and green tea are solid ingredients but they need to be included with other clinically proven ingredients to make a significant difference in your weight loss efforts. We also would like to see a satisfaction guarantee. If the manufacturers won’t back their diet pill with their wallet, why should you?
As we mentioned earlier, KetoCuts is a decent diet pill but there are much better alternative diet pills out there at similar prices with optimal dosages. If you have tried KetoCuts in the past, please tell us about your experience in the comment section.
