Like many products found at GNC, this is a decent product, but it is a proprietary blend meaning that it is unclear how much of each ingredient is in the product. I am getting a little ahead of myself, so I will rewind.
This product is supposed to help one: maximize thermogenesis, increase calorie burning, increase metabolic rate, change fat into energy, increase strength and stamina, and suppress appetite. I personally get a little concerned when a product appears to be a “wonder product”.
Looking at this, it appears that this is a supplement that will help people accomplish every weight loss goal that they’ve ever wanted to accomplish.
Methylburn Extreme Side Effects
The product isn’t intended to be used over long periods of time. In fact, in the instructions, it suggests not to use the product for more than 8 weeks at a time.
This product also contains caffeine. As with any supplement that contains caffeine, the taker should be leery of the amount that one consumes. High consumption of caffeine can be addictive and unhealthy. Pregnant and nursing women should not consume this product, or caffeine in general. Caffeine has been known to increase blood pressure, and cause headaches, nausea, diarrhea, and sleeplessness. Be sure to consult a physician before taking this supplement.
From the product ingredient list, I am unable to determine what exactly is in Methylburn Extreme. The vagueness of the label is disconcerting, and one should proceed with caution while taking this supplement, as it appears that one can experience increased heart rate, dizziness, severe headaches, and shortness of breath.
Does Methylburn Extreme work well enough to buy?
There really is nothing besides caffeine in this supplement that is proven to burn fat, and to increase thermogenesis. When a product doesn’t have a detailed label, it is impossible to determine how effective a product will be. Therefore, I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere for a more effective, and safer product, especially with the hefty price tag.
