Body builders seem to love this drink mix. They guzzle it down–and hey presto–30 minutes later are awake, alert and full of energy. They claim to experience more powerful workout performance, increasing reps and weight like never before. And these are ‘real’ testimonials (from real ‘manly’ men. Sigh.)

Well obviously NOS Blast isn’t a miracle drink–you will have to work out. This is a product for the athlete, body builder and those serious about changing the way their bodies look and feel. If you fill that category (and me munching on my donut obviously doesn’t) then keep reading.
NOS Blast by Precision Engineered Ingredients
With the exception of many key vitamins, NOS Blast is assembled into four different proprietary blends. Here they are:

- Creatine Monohydrate
- Creatine Ester Phosphate Sodium
- N-Acetyl Cysteine
NOS Blast Synthese-Stimulator Blend 4,167 mg containing–
- Carnosyne®
- Beta Alanine
- L-Arginine AKG
- L-Glutamine
- L-Citrulline DL Malate
- Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid
NOS Blast Nitro Blend 1,200 containing–
- L-Leucine
- L-Isoleucine
- L-Valine
NOS Blast Vaso-Flow Blend 225 mg containing–
- Horsechest
- Ginkgo Biloba Extract
- Cinnamon (cinnamomum cassia)

Now remember, these ingredients are administered in proprietary blends which tend to be unreliable. Why? Because you don’t know for certain individual dosage of each ingredient, and you may not be getting enough of the effective (and usually more expensive) ingredients.
NOS Blast by Precision Engineered Side Effects
The formula does contain stimulants, and body builders caution you stick to the recommended dose, only increasing by one scoop if needed. One user started with three scoops and ended up dizzy and disorientated. Not a condition compatible with pumping iron! Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headaches if abused.
Does NOS Blast by Precision Engineered Work Well Enough to Buy?
I would have to say ‘yes’ based on testimonials. For a pre-workout drink NOS Blast runs a little expensive though–right now you can buy two tubs for $64.99. Watch for deals, sometimes you can find it two for one. Me–I’ll stick to just looking.
