Quadracarn was developed by the Beverly International, and is designed to help one lose weight and tone their bodies. This product is unique among diet supplements, as it doesn’t contain typical ingredients found in other diet pills, but focuses on more “scientifically” proven ingredients. This product doesn’t contain caffeine, which may be appealing to some. This product focuses on four different types of Carnitine – a naturally occurring chemical in the body which allows for natural fat transport to occur. These four types of Carnitine are the main ingredients contained in the supplement. They are:
- N-Acetyl L-Carnitine – aimed at assisting in energy production in the body
- L-Carnitine – attempting to aid in fat metabolism
- L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – supposedly assists in workouts by creating lean muscle
- Popionyl-L-Carnitine – supposedly increases energy and increase circulation
- Gymnema Leaf Extract – supposedly helps people fight sugar cravings
Quadracarn Side Effects
With L-Carnitine being the main ingredient in the proprietary blend, you will experience the greatest number of side effects from this ingredient. Side effects are rare and can include: increased energy, nausea, sleeplessness, headaches, diarrhea, and can increase your heart rate.
Gymnema Leaf Extract – has no known side effects.
Does Quadracarn work well enough to buy?
A 2002 study by the University of Maryland showed that Carnitine doesn’t have any known health benefits. Although this is just the opinion of one study, its recency shows that this is up-to-date medical research. This study looms large in the formation of my opinion, and there are other weight loss supplements available that will have actual results. Search elsewhere for higher quality products for roughly the same price. Quadracarn can be found on the company website for around $40.
