TightCurves Top Secret Fat Burner with Hoodia contains Hoodia. Don’t be mistaken, there are no scientific benefits from taking Hoodia based products. In essence, Hoodia doesn’t contribute to weight loss. Be aware of products that contain Hoodia, and don’t get sucked in.
The protein products are intended to help you build endurance, and have a better workout. In general, most protein’s seem decent, and there is very little risk. One thing to be aware of with protein is that it will cause you to gain weight. Often this isn’t fat that is gained, but rather muscle. Be sure to workout sufficiently in order to prevent fat buildup.
e2volatage is an energy supplement by TightCurves. There are 200 mg of caffeine in each bottle, or in other words about twice the amount of caffeine contained in a cup of coffee. Those that have adverse reactions to caffeine should take necessary precautions, and those women pregnant and nursing should avoid this supplement altogether.
Does TightCurves work well enough to buy?
TightCurves seems like it is a decent workout, meal, and products. This being said, the Fat Burner with Hoodia should be avoided, as Hoodia doesn’t have the scientific backing behind it. The protein and energy drinks seem much like their competition, but when compared to the competition, it is very pricey. I would look elsewhere when looking for these products, because equal quality is available for sometimes half of the cost.
