We were so caught up in the fun layout of VitaCost.com that we almost missed the products! Actually, the products were just really hard to find. They had an impressive list of brands and products but then when we went to search for those products they were no where to be found. Every time we clicked on a product or brand it brought us to a page that said they could not find the product we were looking for. And then, they proceeded to advertise their favorite products to try to get us to try them. Unfortunately, the products they wanted us to try were not going to help is in the way we were looking.
To be fair, once we found the products that were offered on their site we were pleased to see that they had taken the time to do some research about them. VitaCost.com included a list of ingredients for each product and they also included information and details about the side effects and results of using each product. We always like to look at customer reviews because we want to know what other people thinking and make sure you can hear the opinions of the consumers. Luckily, VitaCost.com included customer reviews on their site about each specific product.
VitaCost.com Prices
Prices were reasonable through VitaCost.com. Some products were advertised for up to 80% off retail prices. Most products, however, were just 25-50% off the retail price. We really liked their autoship program because it allowed for an additional savings of 5% off your order. However, think carefully before beginning an autoship program because you don’t want to receive charges for which you are not prepared to pay.
VitaCost.com Shipping
Shipping was only $4.99 from VitaCost.com. This pays for standard shipping which will allow you to receive your diet pill within 3-10 business days. They seem to be on the shorter side of that but it is always nice to receive a product sooner. Especially when you are so anxious to get started dropping those pounds.
VitaCost.com Customer Service
We were impressed with the ease of use of the customer service. Whenever we had questions we looked at the frequently asked questions and they were all answered. We don’t think that we have ever seen such an extensive list of common questions with such thorough answers. They also provided contact information in case they happened to miss answering your question. You can call or email them and expect to receive an answer within 24 hours. If that is not fast enough they have a live chat for your use.
VitaCost.com Conclusion
The customer service really made VitaCost.com a good choice for us. However, the website brought that down a little bit because we had been hoping to find more products in an easier manner.
