Aziz I weighed 264lbs about 2 months ago im now down to 230. Its tough food wise but the results are the truth. I lost 20lbs in 3 weeks u have to work out though for faster results. Im trying xenadrine ripped now to see if it will help with the final 30 im trying to lose.

Not just it raised my heart rate i also felt dizzy for the whole day. now i am not taking this pill anymore just doing intense work out and balance diet and i saw good results rather trying this deadly pill.. now my body is ripped w/o the help of any commercial pill.now i learned my lesson that almost took my life, i hope anyone could read this to warn you.

take it ignore these fools, of couse it raised your heart rate dummy what is it supposed to do? Burn your fat while you sit on your ass and watch tv, for real results eat below defecit, workout 4-5 times week doing both cardio and weight lifting and also cut out all the fat crap. I know what i am talking about i lost 40 pounds natural and i’ve taken all this stuff before so yeah dont worry this stuff is safe just dont overdose like an idoit.

On everything i Love I have pics to prove it. I use to weigh in at 330 now im under 170. I only tried the Xenadrine in the dark blue and orange bottle.. this stuff works. Within six months i lost over 100 pounds. But you must eat right and workout. It does speed your heart weight which is perfect for running and weight lifting. God bless!

working 4 me
I’v been taking it for about 3 weeks and I think its great. I never take more than 3x day( 1 b4/every meal) because I can’t handle the higher dose. It helps give me that extra push to get though my workouts and keeps me moving. I have been very stationary for a long time and just daily activities wore me out. Xenadrine has given me just what I needed in order to turn that around.

I haven’t lost much weight on Ripped, but I didn’t have much to go I’ve lost 6 stone in about the last 6 years, and tried all sorts. This is by far and away the best product I’ve had.
As I say I’ve not lost much weight but those stubborn pockets of fat that seem so hard to shift have started to break down and I
never thought I would say this about me but I’m starting to look Ripped.
I don’t have the strictest of diets but follow the pills how thy recommend u take them and work out 5 times a week mixing it up between weights and cardio, but have for years and had started to plato, but since taking these bad boys I’ve starting to look noticeably better.
If u put the work in they will reward u, if u just take them as a diet pill though I don’t think they are anywhere near as effective, as I have taken for large periods where ive not been able to train and not really noticed much difference.
So basically for me I’ve found the harder I work the harder they work but I honestly believe in them.

Ok for you people out there that claim it doesn’t work then youre still eating the wrong foods and you’re not working out. I lost 26 pounds in 3 months. I was 166 pounds now I’m 140 pounds at 5’8. Now keep in mind I won’t eat carb loaded foods like bread, pasta etc.. I eat veggies with carbs however I still monitor how much and how often. I don’t drink soda, beer or high calorie beverages. I drink water with lemon and orange juice in the morning ( only 8 oz) because it’s loaded with calories! No fast food or fried food… and if you’re reading this and thinking … Gee what can I eat? Then you won’t ever lose weight because you’re not ready and you don’t have will power! Everytime I see something sweet to eat I think of my belly fat I use to have and that’s how I keep going. Are These Side Effects Normal?
I recently bought 3 bottles of xenadrine ripped online and tried them for the first time. I’ve had very painful and horrible headaches, bad case of nausea, extreme diarrhea and painful cramping. I also feel weak, not energetic??? My side effects are completely different than what others are saying about this product. I’m very confused?
